We're praying for revival in our city and for the greater Chicago Metro.
Revive Church is a faith-driven community focused on bringing people closer to God and one another. We believe in the power of genuine relationships, transformative worship, and purposeful teaching to inspire growth and renewal in every life. At Revive, we welcome all backgrounds and invite you to join us as we seek to make a positive impact together, guided by faith, love, and service.
The Bible is God’s revelation to humanity; the infallible, authoritative rule of faith and conduct (2 Timothy 3:15-17; Hebrews 4:12).
Our Creator and King eternally exist as one God in three persons - Father, Son, and Holy Spirit (Genesis 1:26; Matthew 28:19; John 1:1-3; Hebrews 1:1-3).
The Heavenly Father sent His Son, Jesus, who being fully God and fully man became the substitute. He allowed himself to be overcome by the full force of Satan’s violence on the cross. After being buried, He was bodily resurrected on the third day. (Isaiah 7:14, 9:7; Luke 1:26-38, 2:1-20, 24:1-53; Romans 4:25; 5:6-8; 1 Corinthians 15:1-57).
The present-day work of the Holy Spirit not only seals and cleanses, but it also empowers the Church. Believers are invited to experience the baptism of the Holy Spirit along with a multiplicity of other spiritual gifts. (Acts 1:8; 2:1-4; 4:30; Romans 8:11; 12:1-2; 1 Corinthians 6:11; 12:1-11; 2 Corinthians 7:1; Hebrews 2:3-4).
Humanity was formed in God’s image to reflect His authority and purposes in the earth (Genesis 1:26-28; 2:7; Psalm 8:4-8; 115:16). Nevertheless, creation rebelled against the creator (Genesis 3:1-24). Sin not only opened the door to evil, it created a separation from God that is impossible for man to overcome (Romans 5:12-14; Ephesians 2:3).
The Kingdom of God came in the ministry of the Messiah. It continues to come in the ministry of the Holy Spirit through the Church, and will be consummated at the literal, physical return of Jesus (Isa. 9:7-8; Mat. 10:7-8; Mark 1:14-15; Tim. 2:11-12).
At the final judgment, God will resurrect the righteous and transform all of creation (Rom. 2:4-10; 1 Cor. 15:26; 1 Thes. 4:13-18). Satan and all who have rejected God’s love will be cast into the lake of fire (Mat. 13:41; John 12:31; Rev. 19:20-21; 20:10,14). Everything within all the cosmos will be made new (2 Cor. 5:17; Heb. 12:27; Rev. 21:5).
We believe in the personal, literal and bodily return of Jesus Christ in power and glory as the King of Kings and Lord of Lords. (1 Thes. 4:13-18; Zech. 14:5; Matt. 24:27, 30; Rev. 1:7; Rev. 19:11-14; Rev. 20:1-6)
The Church is a vibrant community of believers who actively worship, pray, and fellowship as they apply the Bible to their lives. They are a unique channel of God’s initiatives here on earth. (Matthew 28:19-20; Acts 1:8; Romans 12:4-5; 1 Corinthians 4:11-16; 12:13, 27-28; 14:12; Ephesians 2:19-22).
Married in 2008, Pastor Aaron and Whitney have three little girls who are growing up fast. Called by the Lord at a young age, Pastor Aaron desires to see the nations touched by the spark of revival. That starts with making you feel welcome every time you walk through the doors of the church, but continues through a discipleship mentality that leads to long-term growth in your faith. If you're tired of church as usual and want to linger in God's presence during worship, experience powerful prayer and get taught about the Word of God then this is the place for you. Their desire is to enable you to experience God and to become part of a thriving community of people who love God.
